So... I just got roped into babysitting on ALL the exact wrong dates... somehow. Ahaha. :(

But, just a quick post to say that the Bad Romance music video is AMAZING! ♥♥♥
It's like a huge mash-up of everything wonderful: Alien, Stanley Kubrick (okay, last scene in 2001?!), Alexander McQueen, creepy sterile environments, the Russian mafia and maybe even a subtle touch of Gilliam at the end?

Like fashion + science fiction in the best way possible, awww. :)

Happy Halloween! The best day of the year. Better than Christmas.

Getting up soon to work on the house for party timeee. Still have to finish a few (um, MAJOR) things on my costume like gathering the neckline, fixing the shoulders a bit, adding the tail, make the hat and gather/shorten the legs. Ummm... okay, so that's a lot of things.

So on task for today is:
1.) Finish costume.
2.) Bake cookies.
3.) Clean the house, vacuum.
4.) Do my NaNoWriMo pre-planning.

On the subject of NaNo, I signed up for the cheesy young writers thing out of sentimentality?! Haha, IDK, I just looked at the age limit and thought, "Well, maybe I'll do it because next year I won't be a "young writer" anymore." So that's that.

I think I'm actually a little more ready for NaNo this year. Anything really is going to be better than last year... I stoppped at 20,000... THIS YEAR I CAN DO IT! NEVERMIND HOMEWORK/COLLEGE APPLICATIONS/HAVING A LIFE! :')

Tomorrow I'm going to a film festival in D.C. so I have to do... a lot of paintings tonight... and write a few poems. But it should be good. :)
